Hello, this channel is about my hobby. My hobby is simple and complex drawings on any metal using different types of engraving. I also practice my blacksmithing skills in forging knives, axes and various household utensils. I’m also interested in creating different objects from metal, both for the interior and to support work in the workshop, outdoor items, and much more... Hello!!! In this video I tried to make a three-dimensional drawing on metal. I drew a picture on the new axe. The method is simple, and the result, it seemed to me, was incredibly good. How do you like it?
Hi all. This time I want to create a three-dimensional design on a new ax in the style of the Warhammer 40,000 universe, namely the Hound of Khorne. Thanks to patience and perseverance, using simple technology, sitting at home, I created a 3D drawing on metal. The complex pattern on the steel gives the ax exclusivity. For me this is an incredible result, which I am very pleased with. How do you like my work?
For this project used a new ax purchased from an online store. The ax turned out to be reliable, but I didn’t like its shape. What have I done? They cut off the unnecessary metal and gave the ax the shape I needed, with a slightly curved cutting edge. Cleaned and sanded. After the blank was prepared, I decided to apply a Warhammer 40,000 Hound of Khorne style image to it. After multilayer electrochemical etching, I began to get the effect of a three-dimensional pattern on the metal. When the drawing was ready, I blackened the product with a special product for black steel. Hand grinding and polishing. I was pleased with the result of this work and I hope you liked it too.

When I got into axe throwing I modified my axes by re shaping their profile making one look medieval and another Viking. I used a hacksaw blade that has a diamond line so you can make very fine detailed cuts. I have also made new wood handles for them . Have not etched them since I can not decide on a pattern or image to put on .

With red pine or any coniferous wood, you'll be able to forge weld plenty of steel. Most of my wood is pine.

Есть хороший состав для травления стали - медный купорос + соль... правильный цвет раствора - насыщенный изумрудный. Это если не хочется связываться с проводами :)

А чем закрывать те части рисунка, которые травить не надо?
@@user-cr1ie3iz8c Краской, можно из баллончика, а можно заморочиться специальным составом для литографии... главное чтобы поверхность металла была шершавой, для этого автор её сначала и травит. К полированной краска нормально не пристанет.
@@MihailKupec в процессе травления будет появляться медная плёнка, её нужно удалять кисточкой или зубной щёткой.

Вопрос такой к мастеру,что за калька/пленка для перевода используется,где купить,как называется?
Я пытался такую найти, но встречал только бумажную. Есть еще один такой мастер и он показал как сделать самому такую кальку. Не знаю, как Вам тут скинуть видео.
Такую новодельную я тоже не нашел, не много самому подарили. А по ссылке я даже не знал, что нельзя оставлять... Да Вы напишете поисковый запрос, по которому видео выскакивает, кому надо найдёт, да и самому интересно...)

Метод действительно проще некуда, но навыкы в любом деле нужны. По инвалидности не знаю, что и написать... ✊🤝 Сам без 5 минут инвалид по слуху. Работу уже забрали, цены стояла 15

Шикардос! У меня нет такого восприятия в 3D, поэтому такое не пытаюсь вытравить. Да и деталь не топор, а монетка

Сам этим занимаюсь и знаю на м сколько это трудоёмкий и кропотливый труд. Красава. Аплодирую стоя. Лежит кованый ржавый топор с клеймом 1974 года. Все никак руки не доходят. Видимо после вашего видео все же соберусь с силами и отреставрирую
